Altar Magazine is creating a list of the 50 most powerful Nordic Blacks in media, entertainment, business, and community leadership as an empowering initiative with several positive motivations. Representation Matters so highlighting the achievements of Black individuals in the Nordic region serves as a powerful reminder of the diversity within our society. This list is to show younger generations that success and influence are attainable regardless of their background.

We celebrate exceptional individuals who have broken barriers, set trends, and made significant contributions in their fields. Recognizing their hard work and dedication helps to inspire others and give these trailblazers the recognition they deserve.

It is also an inspiration for Future generations of role models to pursue their ambitions and believe in their potential, highlighting the pathways to success and the possibilities that exist, no matter the challenges.

Quincy Jones III, nicknamed QDIII or QD3, is a Swedish-American media producer. As the only son to music icon Quincy Jones, he was raised in both Los Angeles and Stockholm, giving him exceptional cultural footing in the entertainment and tech industry. In the past QD3 has been a major figure in Hip Hop music and culture, working with some of the artists that we consider legendary today. In 2024 Quincy Jone Senior passed away and left a vast music and financial empire that will most likely involve QD3 as future management.
